you can do.

A variety of top flight players are available to teach and refine your abilities with your chosen instrument. Whether you want to become a professional musician or simply want to play well for the enjoyment of it you will benefit from the advice those from the mainstream of music can offer you. And there are no age barriers!


 Clarinet & Saxophone - David White ARAM, ARCM
  David White studied at the Royal Academy of Music with John Davis on clarinet and Sir John Dankworth on saxophone. He won the Geoffrey Hawkes Prize for clarinet, adjudicated by Jack Brymer and now returns to the Academy as an occasional examiner and adjudicator. David was also a member of the National Youth Jazz Orchestra.
    As a soloist he has given first performances of several new works and has appeared as a featured soloist on albums by
John Barry and Carl Davis.
    David continues to perform with major symphony orchestras and is a member of the London Musicians Orchestra and saxophone group Saxpak, in which he plays the sopranino saxophone. They perform regularly both in Britain and abroad and have recently recorded a third CD.
    Now living in Cornwall David takes an active part in local music making. He is a founder member and artistic director of the Cornish Sinfonia and is proud to be principal clarinet in the
Three Spires Orchestra.
   He teaches at Truro School and Callington college and takes all grades of pupils from beginners to advanced students. One of his pupils recently gained a place in the National Youth Orchestra.

 Piano - Lucy Melluish
  Lucy studied joint piano and violin at the Royal Academy of Music, qualifying with a GRSM degree. She has performed as a freelance musician and taught in London and is now enjoying playing and teaching in the south west
